Introduction
~~~~~~~~~~~~
These copies of BPQDLL.DLL and PAC4.EXE have been patched by G4IDE
to fix a problem which very occasionally occurs when decoding nodes
broadcasts. The problem manifests itself as a GPF in BPQDLL.DLL if the
Windows application (e.g.Winpack) using it calls the function which
decodes monitored frames, and a crash in PAC4.EXE if monitoring is
enabled.
The problem occurs very rarely, because, for a nodes broadcast to
trigger it, the broadcast itself must have a very unusual structure!
Do I need them?
PAC4: If you are running Xrouter within Windows or Desqview, and are
      currently using PAC4 as an Xrouter application, you will need
BPQDLL.DLL: If you are running Xrouter within Windows to provide support
            for Windows applications such as WinPack, UI-View, Win-FBB
            or Winpbpq, you will need this new version.
