WINPWAIT
--------

WINPWAIT is a very simple utility that allows you to start a program in
Windows from your StartUp program group, but to delay its start by a
specified number of seconds.

It provides an elegant way of starting both AGWPE and WinPack from the
StartUp program group, but delaying WinPack to make sure that AGWPE is
properly running before WinPack tries to link to it.

Put WINPWAIT.EXE in your main WINPACK directory, then add it to your
Windows StartUp group with a command line of e.g:-

C:\WINPACK\WINPWAIT.EXE 30 PACKET.EXE PARAM1 PARAM2

When Windows starts, WINPWAIT will be started and it will wait 30
seconds, then it will start up PACKET.EXE and close itself. You can
obviously adjust the delay as required, the valid range is 1 to 65
seconds. PARAM1, PARAM2. etc, are any command line parameters that you
may be currently using when you start WinPack.
