Unzip all files to a directory such as c:\DXMON.

Use Netscape or any browser to read the documentation in
DXMON.HTM before using the program.

If you are upgrading, you should unzip all files to your DX Monitor directory
in order to update the documentation files and data files such as TIME.TXT
and CTY.DAT. DXSPOTS.TXT has been eliminated from the download to avoid
overwriting any information you have already retrieved.

OH2BUA is closing down. The new site is DX SUMMIT. If you are upgrading
you must update the URLs. Press F10. Select URLs. Click on the down-arrow
at the right of each URL and select the new URL. This will update the
information stored in the registry which tells DX Monitor where to get
the spots from.

This is a beta test version. Please report any unusual messages
or problems that you encounter to peterj@benlo.com.

DX Monitor is freeware. Distribute freely.
