Some observations in regard to BPQ32..

The Main difference i have found between BPQ DOS (16 bit) and BPQ32 in
the Config file is in the PORTS section.

Take note..

The port is no longer expressed in HEX format. So for COM 1 use IOADDR=1 ..

The line INTLEVEL= is no longer nececarry either.
Take this out.

Dont forget to re-enable the com port in the windows control panel if you
have been using BPQ 4.08 for DOS previously.

The programme BPQ32.EXE seems to load the switch under windows..
You dont have to run a terminal or monitor to make it load..

If you dont like the DOS window that Sally or another application brings up
when it runs BPQ32 then have a look at this. The switch seems to be RUN UP
by a thing called CONAGENT.EXE . This file is in the Windows\System directory
usually. I have created a file called CONAGENT.PIF . Its a programme
Information file which has a ICON attached to it and tells WIN how to run
the EXE file. I have set mine up to run Minimized with an ICON file with
a BPQ32 symbol. Put the PIF file in the same directory as the CONAGENT.EXE
and Sally will run the BPQ32 switch minimized with a different Icon each time.
This has not upset any other programmes to date but use with caution.
